Mr. Maloo has been making great strides in the industry with his drive to stand tall and venture into emerging sectors. Under his able leadership, Enso Group has forayed into Solar, Energy, Mineral Mining, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Healthcare. With an innate passion to be ahead of the times, he has been at the forefront of the telecom and natural resources industry. By striking the right partnerships, investing in sound technologies and building a like-minded team of professionals, he has piloted the group to spread across the globe.
Prior to founding the Enso Group, Mr. Maloo founded Himachal Futuristic Communication Limited (HFCL) in 1988, one of India’s first private telecom companies. At the advent of the new millennium, the company’s market capital was almost USD 4 billion.
Mr. Vinay Maloo is a Commerce Graduate from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta.
He is an ardent Jain, vegetarian by birth and delves deeper into the teachings of the Jain monks. At his leisure, he practices yoga, meditation and works out regularly.

Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal has gained over 20 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, Fundraising, Corporate and Project Finance, Business Restructuring and Mergers/Acquisitions across various industries such as Oil & Gas, Shipping & Logistics, and Healthcare. He is also well experienced in the areas of Audit, MIS reporting, negotiating with financial institutes and banks for loans and Working Capital and Cash Flow Management.
Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal is a Post Graduate in Commerce and a qualified Chartered Accountant.
President - Global Trading
Mr. Kamal Desai began his career in the field of Investment Banking and Investment Management. He has 16 years industry experience in this field and has worked for major US, UK and Japanese institutions. He was instrumental in setting up a 24 hour Equity Trading Desk for State Street Global Advisors and the implementation of Straight Through Processing with integration into the SWIFT network. Since leaving banking he has concentrated largely on commodity trading in East and Southern Africa as well as stints in Malaysia and Indonesia focusing on Thermal Coal, Iron Ore, Chrome, Manganese and Fuel supplies. His commodity trading experience started in Iraq post the first Gulf War with supplies of wheat and sugar under the supervision of the UN sanctions program.
Mr. Desai holds a degree in Geography and has travelled extensively in the Far East, Middle East, South, East and West Africa and the Indian subcontinent.
